Crossland constructed this five-story, 234,607 SF wood-frame student housing complex, located just a few blocks from the MSU campus in downtown Springfield, Missouri. It has 194 units, including 527 bedrooms.
The 505 takes student living to a whole new level with luxury apartments ranging from studio to one, two, three, and four-bedroom varieties. They went above and beyond with modern finishings and furnishings, incorporating a unique blend of industrial design and comfort. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, perfect for roommates, and amenities galore! The 505 boasts a fitness center, a pool, a basketball court, and a two-story study lounge with views for days. It truly has it all!
