Sunflower Commerce Buildings 1 and 2
Moving forward in the Midwest
Bel Aire, KS
With its central U.S. location and direct access to the Union Pacific Railroad, Sunflower Commerce Park in Bel Aire, Kansas, is a premier site selection for manufacturing and light industrial facilities.
Crossland was thrilled to help with this development by constructing two steel buildings totaling nearly 51,000 square feet. The $3 million project was completed in December 2021.
The painted precast buildings were built with a Structural Steel, Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) hybrid, which was unique to the project team. It presented a satisfying challenge for the team, and they executed it flawlessly. This hybrid system allowed for a quicker and more efficient build.
Sunflower Commerce Park spans 800 acres and offers an ideal location for businesses seeking to relocate or expand, with its proximity to the Wichita market.
