Crossland Construction Company was selected to complete the Sioux Chief Manufacturing facility in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. This 596,000 square foot, precast warehouse and office building has space for manufacturing, storage, and shipping. An interior, two story office area is 50,000 square feet with nearly 70 offices, numerous cubicles, a boardroom, a break room, and meeting rooms. Crossland teams completed the project on time and on budget.
