Crossland delivers project on time despite change orders
Crossland Construction was awarded the $9.8 million contract to build the Shawnee Mission Health Blue Valley Medical Office Building. The 75,000 square foot facility is a three story structure that connects to a separate Emergency Room. The exterior is structural steel with precast concrete wall panels covered in stone and brick veneer. Aluminum composite panels make up the exterior canopies. Interior finishes include porcelain tile floors and decorative wood veneer wall panels throughout. After $600,000.00 of change orders, Crossland turned over the project to a pleased Owner.
