Crossland was awarded the contract for the exterior remodel of the St. Francis Cancer Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The structure, a freestanding medical clinic, underwent an aesthetic transformation to create a building consistent in appearance with St. Francis design specifications. Crews added large, drive through canopies on all sides of the building. A new metal screen wall system was added to the roof, requiring extensive cuts and tie-ins. Existing metal panels were replaced, and the trademark St. Francis pink was added to the exterior insulation finishing system. Utilities were also rerouted and tied into the structure. The cancer clinic remained fully operational during the remodel. Crossland crews remained respectfully aware of those coming and going at all times, and took the necessary measures to avoid impacting the patients in any way during construction.
