Rogers Solids Handling Facility Phase 1 Improvements

Wastewater Treatment Plants

Rogers, Arkansas

Brief Summary

The Rogers Solids Handling Facility Phase 1 Improvements is the first phase of 3 allowing for improvements to the plant’s existing Class A bio-solids system.  The phase 1 improvements include the addition of a new lab and controls building, an added centrifuge and dryer feed conveyance for redundancy, along with a tubular drag system and storage silos.  Crossland was selected as the CM/GC for this project.  This project serves as one of the first collaborative delivery projects for a municipality in the State of Arkansas.

Crossland being selected by Rogers Water Utility (RWU) on this project shows the trust instilled in our team for providing quality Pre-Construction and Construction Services for a client new to the Construction Management at Risk delivery method. Our dedication to providing a successful and collaborative project for RWU is the same dedication our team will provide to Walnut Ridge City Water Works.
