Reliable Imports Renovations
Springfield, MO
The Reliable Imports Renovation project included the remodel of the Hyundai and Subaru dealership. Crossland began this project with the demolition of the existing interior finishes, office spaces, existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and removal of load bearing walls. The removal of the load bearing CMU walls supporting the mezzanine presented a challenge. A shoring system was engineered to temporarily support load bearing walls while additional support was installed.
The construction of this project included 15 offices, 2 showrooms, 5 restrooms, 2 lounge areas as well as additional service areas. A silver metallic band at the tower upgraded the exterior of the dealership to Subaru’s standards. Interior features included porcelain tile, carpet, wood and sealed concrete flooring. New mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were installed in the remodel areas. This project had to be done in phases while the dealership was fully operational, which required excellent coordination between Crossland and facility personnel on a daily basis. Despite this challenge, this project was delivered within budget and on time.
