Brief Summary

Overlooking the booming Pinnacle area in Northwest Arkansas are the beautiful Pinnacle Springs Buildings. The hilltop structures feature impressive architecture and design, creating a striking finished product worthy of its tenants, which include architects, engineers, designers, and business professionals.  Building one is a 12,500 square foot office building home to CORE Architects, who also designed the space.  Additional tenants include HP Engineering, Core Brewery, Graham Holdings, Black Rock Transportation, The Manen Group, and Rust-Oleum.

Pinnacle Springs Iis carefully set into the hill, with a convenient walkout basement and numerous storefront windows to allow for natural light. The second floor cantilevers over the first floor nearly 27 feet to form an outside patio for Core Brewery. This project is awaiting LEED Certification; our project team is chasing the prestigious LEED Gold Certification. Crossland completed the project on budget.
