This facility has a structural steel frame wrapped in masonry. Structural steel trellises were also included in the design, offering second floor balconies some shade. The original project scope included the core and shell of the 67,000 square foot, two-story building. During construction a first floor tenant was added and Crossland carried out the necessary infill work. Later, a second floor tenant was added, resulting in an additional 19,700 square foot infill. The finished structure offers space, utility, and beauty. Despite the fluctuating requirements, Crossland teams were able to complete the project on time.
