Osage Tulsa Casino + Hotel
Award-winning Osage Casino and Hotel
Tulsa, OK
We were honored to work with Marnell Architecture, a firm from Las Vegas, on the Osage Casino and Hotel. With a resume that includes the Bellagio, Caesar’s Palace, and the Wynn in Las Vegas, as well as Harrah’s in Atlantic City, we knew we were working with the best of the best. And, when you work with the best of the best, you can expect a facility that outshines expectations.
The Osage Casino and Hotel project began with one scope and morphed into something completely different. With a contract value of $120 million, bids came rolling in and we found ourselves $10 million under budget. The Owner took the surplus and ran with it, adding an event center, a pool and pool building a parking garage, and an expanded site package to the scope. The casino features 1,500 gaming machines. A Sports Bar and Grill includes a terrace that looks over the new 108,000-gallon pool and pool building. Also included are a Pizza Bar, three ballroom spaces, a cafe, an event center with seating for 1800, a new, four-story parking garage with a capacity of 1040, and expanded parking lots to accommodate 1941 vehicles.
Crossland delivered the original project scope, and the add-ons, according to the terms of the original schedule. This project was honored as a winner of the 2018 Excellence in Construction Award through the Associated Builders and Contractors organization.
