Newell Coach Service and Storage Expansion

Industrial

Commerce, Oklahoma

Brief Summary

Newell Coach was founded in 1967 by L.K. Newell. Today, Newell provides the superior craftsmanship that separates them from other motorhomes and keeps them at the forefront of the motorhome industry.

Newell came to Crossland to help them expand storage capacity for coaches and make it possible to house their cabinet shop supplies closure to the production area.

Construction consisted of a new 1,850 SF pre-engineered metal building, and a 4,250 SF PEMB addition to an existing metal structure. Crews also remodeled the interior of an additional 5,200 SF PEMB.

Upon completion, Newell had added three new coach detailing bays, plus two covered areas for delivery of coaches, saving them time and money in rewashing new coaches for customers. They also added four service bays and a storage area with a small service office.
