Microtel Loveland
Crossland rescues hotel project from closing business
Loveland, CO
Microtel by Wyndham is an upper economy brand of hotels, with nearly 9,000 hotels across 80+ countries. Crossland came to the rescue to take over the build of a new location in Loveland, CO, after the previous GC went out of business.
Our team got to work, correcting much of what had been done poorly by the previous company, including an install of helical piers in the foundation after the three-story structure had already been built. We worked hard to make sure that standard building codes and quality requirements were met since we took over someone else’s work. Clear communication with the owner was essential.
The hotel has 62 rooms – studios with 1-queen, 2-queen, or king suites with room to spread out. Guests are treated to a meeting area, exercise facility, and onsite laundry. The lobby is modern and open, with artistic décor and furnishings.
