The Lowe and Campbell Building was designed to allow for full use of all six floors. The project spans 45,000 square feet, with high-end office space for a few select tenants. The design also includes a seventh floor roof terrace that will add another 3,500 square feet to the structure. The seventh story will serve as a private restaurant and bar. An outdoor patio dining space is included in the design, and overlooks the downtown Kansas City skyline. The restaurant/bar area is encased in curtain wall panels to maximize the view. This project received the Cornerstone Award.
