A Hilton Garden Inn designed to match the culture and allure of the southwest desert!

Crossland built the Hilton Garden Inn in the heart of downtown Chandler, AZ. The four-story hotel is 72,000 SF with 110 guest rooms and three glass-ceiling, sunlit meeting/event spaces. Amenities include an on-site restaurant, outdoor pool, fitness center, and covered parking for those toasty Arizona summers.

This Hilton Garden Inn was designed and constructed to match the culture and allure of the southwest desert. An abundance of stucco and glass enhances the building’s exterior, while inside, the hotel features stylish tile floors and high ceilings. Fourteen of the guestrooms have an all-glass wall that overlooks the pool and downtown Chandler.

Our team completed the project on schedule, in 14 months. We formed a great relationship with the owner, and as a result, Crossland was awarded the construction of another hotel in Manhattan, KS, under their ownership.
