Michael’s, one of the nation’s largest arts and crafts stores, is one of several retail and dining tenants in the Gates of Prosper development in Prosper, TX.
Crossland was proud to work closely with store owners to provide a beautiful $1.1 million space for Michael’s staff and customers. The 22,000 SF store, completed in June 2021, features sealed and polished concrete floors, conveyor systems for storage, office space, and millwork.
As the project took place during the pandemic, Crossland worked closely with the project owner on logistics and scheduling. Crossland crews followed proper Covid protocols with health checks provided.
When working with a national retailer like Michael’s, it’s important to ensure the quality and likeness of the chain’s store features. Crossland’s team performed this task flawlessly.
