This 41,200 square foot building’s exterior consists of architectural cement fiber panels, storefront windows, an attractive tube steel canopy with louvers that shade the front of the building, and a standing seam metal roof. Additionally, there are three large hangar doors to meet the needs of this state-of-the-art airplane manufacturing facility.
The building’s interior is a mix of office and manufacturing space. The first floor consists of a reception area, a break room, and restrooms. The surrounding manufacturing space includes room for a one-ton rail crane that is top-mounted to the structure. The 3,000 square foot, second floor mezzanine features a cantilevered conference room, an office area, and restrooms. There is also a paint area and a showroom, which are viewable from the second floor cantilevered conference room. Our Crossland crews self performed the earthwork, concrete, and steel for this $6 million project.
