The students of the Santa Fe High School in Edmond, Oklahoma had a practice field, but were without a competition football and track facility. For years, sporting events took place at the University of Central Oklahoma’s football stadium, at a great cost to the school district. Edmond Schools decided to take action, and awarded the $9.2 million contract for a state-of-the-art Santa Fe High School football stadium to Crossland Construction Company.
The 11,300 square foot facility has a seating capacity of 5,942, a total of nine concession windows, field lighting that is comparable to NFL lighting levels, and other amenities, giving the students and faculty a sense of home-turf pride.
