The Central Green project was a 48,000 SF four-story building, sized and configured to accommodate various tenants in the new mixed-use urban development area of Lenexa City Center in Lenexa, KS. The lower level of Central Green contains 30 in-building parking stalls, with restaurant and retail uses planned for the second floor. Office space occupies part of the second floor, as well and the third and fourth stories.
The exterior of this project features architectural and fiber panels, brick and stone masonry, architectural precast concrete, and glazed aluminum store front. Since the project was a warm shell, the interior was an exposed structure and slab, with the exception of finished bathrooms on the second and third floors. These exposed structures allow future tenants the opportunity to design their own space. Crossland Prefab provided the below grade walls for the parking garage, which helped the project move seamlessly between trades.
