The Oxford Senior Living Center is a 65,000 square foot assisted living facility in McKinney, Texas. This two story building has 73 rooms, 22 of which are memory care units. The design includes an interior courtyard that allows for outdoor activity for residents.
The exterior features a drive-up porte a cache with a brick, stone, and stucco façade. Uniquely, this structure is a hybrid structural steel project combined with load-bearing cold form framing walls. Its interior is equally impressive. Guests and residents can enjoy a multilevel atrium, multilevel dining areas, fireplaces, a salon, and a coffee bar. The project is expected to be completed on time.
