This 90,000 square foot shell space renovation created a 600+ seat call center for the company, with two break rooms, a micro-market, and numerous training/breakout spaces. A new rooftop chiller was added, as well as two new air handling units. New ductwork serves the first floor Capital One space. Substantial completion on this LEED project was met in just four short months.
Interior finishes include ceramic tile restroom flooring and stainless steel partitions. Break rooms are complete with custom millwork cabinetry and solid surface countertops. The entry has a reclaimed barn wood wall finish. Solid wood doors with aluminum frames were used in the breakout spaces.
Coordination posed the greatest challenge for Crossland crews. The project was fully commissioned by a third party for all MEP systems. Additionally, the spaces above and below the infill were occupied by other tenants. It was imperative that our work did not disturb their daily operations. Teams worked extended hours to ensure the construction impact was minimal. Crossland delivered the project on time and on budget.
