AAA Quail Springs
Oklahoma City, OK
AAA expanded its Midwest footprint in the Quail Springs area of Oklahoma City, with a new car care location built by Crossland. The 10,400 SF shop has seven car service bays, a self-serve café, a retail shop, and a designated area to assist customers with insurance, travel, and car care. The design also included a break room and locker room for employees.
The new facility is expansive and modern, including sectional glass in the overhead bay doors and specialty brick ordered from North Carolina. Interior features include aluminum storefronts and glass used to separate the shop and retail/office area. Aluminum storefronts also enclose the managers’ offices.
Our team learned how to work efficiently in this small and tight job site, which required them to be very specific with site logistics and lay down areas for materials. Crews adjusted for this challenge by pouring the slab early to create additional space for materials before the building construction began.
