At Crossland, we understand that to provide our clients with the best possible construction experience, we need to make sure our employees are equipped with the right skills and resources. And that’s why our Emerging Leader Program is so crucial to what we do.
This program trains and guides up-and-coming Field and Project Engineers to prepare them for careers as Superintendents or Project Managers, and we’re here to help make that journey as smooth as possible.
This program is the perfect launching pad for Field and Project Engineers, offering training and guidance to help them grow in their careers. Our goal is to provide the tools and resources needed for a successful journey towards becoming Superintendents or Project Managers!
Last week, Crossland’s Civil Division and Equipment Department hosted a training event for our latest class of Emerging Leaders that was anything but ordinary. This hands-on Construction Rodeo allowed the class to get behind the wheel of some of our most impressive construction equipment and participate in several competitive events.
From using a dozer to move tires through an obstacle course, an excavator to stack them, and a skid steer to play basketball, these future construction leaders were able to make memories while building their skills. And it wasn’t just all about the equipment, either. The event was full of friendly competition, camaraderie, and of course, plenty of laughs.
At Crossland, we believe that education doesn’t have to be boring, and that’s why this training event was designed to be as fun as it was informative. After all, who said you can’t have a good time while learning new skills?
At the end of the day, the goal of the Emerging Leader Program is to provide our people with a clear pathway to success, and events like this are just one example of how we’re making that happen.
So, to all our Emerging Leaders out there, we say this: rev up those engines, and get ready to take the construction industry by storm!
