Crossland Heavy and the City worked together to overcome obstacles and come up with sustainable solutions.

Crossland self-performed some of the metal, process pipe, and equipment and performed the demolition and earthwork. Electrical, concrete, steel erection, rebar installation, and painting were all subcontracted. These partnerships were instrumental in realizing the project’s vision.
