We’re proud to share that Mike Farrington has been selected for the 2025 Leadership Kansas (LK) Class, one of the state’s most prestigious leadership development programs. This honor recognizes Mike’s dedication to professional growth and his commitment to making a lasting impact on our industry and the communities we serve.
A Career Built from the Ground Up
Mike’s journey with Crossland started over 20 years ago when he joined our internship program. What seemed like a small step at the time became the foundation for an exceptional career. From those early days, Mike worked his way up from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager to Senior Project Manager—to now leading our National Accounts division. He’s built his success by managing expectations, fostering collaboration, and leading strong teams that consistently deliver exceptional results for our clients.
In his current role, Mike partners with some of the world’s largest retailers to streamline and support their construction and building needs, combining his leadership skills with a practical focus on getting things done efficiently while keeping clients happy. His knack for building tight-knit, high-performing teams speaks to his natural leadership and dedication to always doing great work.
Outside of work, Mike’s passion and energy shine. Whether he’s cheering on Pittsburg State or KU, spending time with his family, or tackling woodworking and home improvement projects, Mike’s love for building things—both professionally and personally—is evident.
