We’re proud to announce that Eric Lopp has been promoted to Division Manager of our Kansas City office.
Eric’s Crossland journey began in 1999, working in the field right out of high school. After studying at Pittsburg State University with plans to become an architect or engineer, a summer internship—introduced by Curt Crossland—set him on a different path. That decision sparked a decades-long career in construction leadership, driven by passion, grit, and an eye for building what matters.
Over the past 15 years, Eric has played a key role in shaping the Tulsa skyline, managing some of the region’s most iconic projects. His portfolio includes the Gathering Place, Unit Corporation headquarters, and the Warren Theater, along with preconstruction leadership on landmark builds like the Discovery Lab, Greenwood Rising Museum, Gateway Bridge and Zink Dam, ORU Library, and the Bob Dylan Museum.
With 122 projects and over $1.5 billion in contract value under his belt, Eric brings deep experience, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to mentorship. He’s excited to lead a talented team in Kansas City, strengthen our presence in the region, and help shape the future of the Kansas City division.
“Eric’s leadership has been instrumental to our success in Tulsa and I know he’ll have tremendous success in his new role leading our KC division.”
— Greg Smith
Eric, his wife Amanda, and their son Archie (turning three in June!) are excited to make Kansas City home and get involved in the local community.

We also want to extend a sincere thank you to Todd Ketterman for his leadership and steady hand in Kansas City over the past several years. Todd will be returning to our corporate office to join Crossland’s Real Estate & Development Team—where we know he’ll continue to make a big impact.
It’s been rewarding to watch the Kansas City office grow over the years. I look forward to supporting Eric in his transition and seeing him take the team to the next level.”
