Our Apprenticeship Program is more than just training—it’s about opening doors, creating opportunities, and supporting the next generation of skilled professionals who will help shape our industry.
We believe in building more than just structures—we’re building people!
Our nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program is a testament to that commitment, providing hands-on training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities for individuals passionate about construction.
The program is designed to combine on-the-job training with classroom education, ensuring that participants develop the skills needed to excel in their chosen trades. With tracks for operators, ironworkers, and carpenters, this program offers a structured pathway to careers in construction.
This year, we’re thrilled to congratulate the following groups for their hard work and dedication:
- 9 participants advancing to Operator Apprentice 2
- 6 participants advancing to Iron Apprentice 2
- 21 participants advancing to Carpenter Apprentice 2
These employees in the apprenticeship program have demonstrated the drive and determination to succeed, and we couldn’t be prouder of their accomplishments. We look forward to all that they will bring not just to Crossland, but to our industry. Their commitment to learning and growing embodies the spirit of what makes Crossland a great place to work.
This National Apprenticeship Week we would like to say a special Congratulations to all our apprentices on their milestones this year!
“Your dedication and hard work inspire us every day, and we’re excited to see how you’ll continue to grow and excel in your careers.” – Chuck Haake, Education Director
