Crossland is proud to welcome the newest class of participants in its Emerging Leaders Program, a professional development initiative designed to help employees build the skills, knowledge, and experience needed for long-term success within the company.
This year’s class includes 86 participants from across the organization, with 56 employees from Crossland Construction and 30 from Crossland Heavy Contractors. The program brings together talented individuals from a variety of roles and locations, creating opportunities for collaboration, growth, and shared learning.
The Emerging Leaders Program is designed to provide participants with exposure to key areas of the business, including leadership development, communication, project management, operations, safety, financial awareness, and company culture. Through a combination of classroom instruction, mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on learning experiences, participants gain a broader understanding of the construction industry while developing the tools needed to become future leaders within the organization.
By investing in employee development, Crossland continues its commitment to building strong teams and creating opportunities for professional growth. The program not only helps participants strengthen their technical and leadership abilities but also encourages the relationships and collaboration that are essential to the company’s continued success.
As the newest class begins its journey, Crossland looks forward to seeing the impact these emerging leaders will make across the organization in the years ahead.
“We’re excited to welcome this group into the Emerging Leaders Program,” said Crossland leadership. “Their commitment to growth, learning, and leadership will help shape the future of our company, and we look forward to supporting them throughout the program.”
The company wishes all 86 participants continued success as they advance their careers and contribute to Crossland’s legacy of building great projects, strong teams, and future leaders.
