Crossland is proud to play a key role in the expansion of Key Tronic’s operations in Springdale, Arkansas. This project is more than just another facility—it’s a catalyst for economic growth, job creation, and technological advancement in the region.
Building More Than Structures

Key Tronic, a leader in electronic manufacturing services, is expanding into a cutting-edge, 300,000-square-foot facility in Springdale, developed by Crossland Realty Group and constructed by Crossland Construction. This investment reinforces Springdale’s position as a hub for high-quality manufacturing and innovation.
More than just a response to increasing demand, this facility is designed to support the sophisticated and essential operations that drive modern industries. The project is expected to be completed in early 2026, delivering a state-of-the-art space for Key Tronic’s growing operations.
Community Impact
“Crossland purchased the land in 2021 with a vision to build a modern, best-in-class facility, and we are grateful that Key Tronic has chosen this location to call home. This building is part of a larger business park, representing an investment of over $100 million in the Springdale community,” said Director of Real Estate Mattie Crossland. “Our goal is to provide spaces that allow our tenants to run their businesses efficiently while also contributing to the growth and future of the community.”

Crossland Realty Group developed the 300,000-square-foot building shell in late 2023, with Crossland Construction completing Key Tronic’s tenant improvements, slated for completion in Q3 2025.
This expansion will increase Key Tronic’s U.S. production capacity by approximately 40% and is expected to create more than 400 jobs over the next five years—bringing significant economic benefits to the community.
