Bentonville Public Schools Apple Glen Remodel
Modern Learning Spaces: Apple Glen Elementary Gets a Fresh Look
Bentonville, AR
Apple Glen Elementary School in Bentonville is now safer and better equipped to serve its students and staff following a $1.8 million remodel. Completed between March and August 2023, the project covered 12,300 SF and delivered significant improvements both inside and outside the school.
The scope included the creation of a secure entry point to enhance safety, façade repairs, a new front canopy, and HVAC screening to improve functionality and appearance. Interior upgrades focused on the administrative area, including the principal’s office, breakroom, conference room, and restrooms.
Exterior work featured spot brick replacement, new sidewalks, a flagpole, and a modern entry canopy with signage. Light grading and sod replacement refreshed the grounds, while landscape stone was added to parking lot islands for a clean, polished look.
Interior finishes included terrazzo flooring, new millwork, fresh paint, and new ceilings with updated storefronts. The remodeled restrooms now feature durable epoxy flooring, enhancing both aesthetics and maintenance ease.
School projects are always especially rewarding, as these improvements can have a lasting impact on students’ educational experiences. Our team worked diligently to ensure Apple Glen Elementary received all the upgrades they envisioned, delivering a quality project that stayed within budget while meeting the school’s needs.
