Crossland was awarded the construction of the Tru hotel in Goodyear, AZ, a fast-growing community west of Phoenix. Several fortune 500 companies, including Amazon, Lockheed Martin, and UPS, have offices headquartered in Goodyear.
The 40,173 SF, Tru hotel is four stories tall with 90 rooms. Guestrooms are modern but practical, with modest finishes. Common areas such as the lobby include a more open, multi-functional floorplan.
Amenities included a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and a 24/7 retail market that offers snacks, light meals, and necessities.
