Project Manager
Summary
This position is responsible for managing the day to day activities and issues to ensure timely and costly completion of construction projects. The Project Manager will work closely with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other workers on the same project.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Direct communication with subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, and field personnel across the project
- Developing a Master Project Schedule
- Develop a Master Variance of the project for accounting prior to the project starting
- Manages contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFI’s, ASI’s with the owner and architect
- Creates and manages subcontracts and purchase orders
- Reviews shop drawings for accuracy and compliance specifications
- Constant communication with architects and engineers to keep everyone on schedule
- Communicates any problems to the Division Manager
