This is a 33,389 square foot, two story, structural steel and concrete, built-to-suit office building in the fast-growing city of Bentonville, Arkansas. This building was designed specifically for the new NWA operations center for Clorox. The exterior is a blend of concrete and brick, with a full-height curtain wall glass system and architectural metal panels. A luxurious, open patio behind the building was constructed for the Clorox team members.
The structure features an attractive interior office space with a spacious lobby and a high-end kitchen/breakroom. Throughout are private offices, conference rooms, and open concept work areas. The curtain wall system provides panoramic area views for the employees to enjoy.
Crossland began construction on the project in May 2015. The building site was situated in a wetland area, presenting crews with a variety of challenges. Our team self-performed many aspects of the project, delivering it on time in July 2016. This building serves as a beautiful addition to the surrounding area and as an outstanding office facility for its new tenants.
