TYLER WATERSIDE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT

Brief Summary

With a contract value of $3 million, the Tyler Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant project included construction of a two-story sludge dewatering facility to house two belt filter presses and associated equipment, and improvements to the plant’s nonpotable water and sludge transfer systems.  Crossland Heavy Contractors self-performed all site work, concrete work, structural and fabricated metal component installation, yard and building piping, and equipment installation.

It is our company tendency to work with a limited number of general contractors, so when Mr. Hammons made the decision to award this project to Crossland, I was a little skeptical.  I will say that the project proved to be a good and successful experience.  I look forward to a future opportunity to work with this team again.
