Brief Summary

Crossland Construction was awarded the $6 million contract for the Dixieland Warehouse in Rogers, Arkansas. The front exterior of this 230,000 square foot facility features precast concrete panels. The bump-out office area is covered in aluminum composite panels. Manufactured by Varco Pruden, the warehouse provides the space necessary to meet the Owner’s needs. This Design/Build building has $1.6 million in erected steel. Crossland crews self-performed earthwork and concrete and installed site utilities. The project reached completion in October 2016.
