Comanche Red River Hotel Addition

Brief Summary

The emphasis for the Comanche Red River Hotel project was Tribal art and history.  Therefore, a great deal of careful planning went into the design.  Each of the five new guest suites were dedicated to a past Comanche Tribe member; the displayed artwork is reflective of the suite’s namesake.

The building’s exterior features an EIFS and stone finish, with architectural fins and accents that enhance the structure’s appearance.  A 25 foot skylight was also installed.  The interior boasts custom tile work; rich textures and finishes reflect the Native American Culture.  Several murals were painted by local artists, creating a visual focal point as guests transition from the hotel to the casino area.

The Grand Lake Public Works Authority has been pleased with Crossland Heavy and their performance.  They were easy to work with and the entire crew worked in a professional manor.  The crew was always busy and had a good work ethic.
