Baker Hughes

Brief Summary

This Baker Hughes-Crossland Construction collaboration is a 40 acre project in Williston, North Dakota.  The Bakken Oil Formation resulted in an increased workforce for Baker Hughes, and a new facility was necessary to accommodate their growth.  This project boasts 8 inch paving. There are numerous outbuildings to fit the company’s onsite needs. The main structure has a two story, 35,000 square foot administration building that is dedicated to office space and several conference rooms. High end finishes are found throughout the interior. The exterior is pre-cast and structural steel, with two towers on each end of the building and large storefront windows. Also onsite is a vehicle maintenance facility/workshop with seven overhead cranes running its length.  Additional features include a paint spray booth, preflight area, and fluid dispensers for lubing trucks.

The Owasso Campus was a construction project of enormous size and with many unforeseen issues – each successfully overcome by the Crossland team.  Tulsa Tech now has a presence in the City of Owasso that will support our students’ needs and enhance the surrounding community.  Crossland has provided us with a facility that we are extremely proud of.
