AUSTIN BLEVINS
Vice President of Real Estate

Austin Blevins began his career with Crosslandin 1999 as a college intern.  After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, he climbed the ranks, worked across the United States and Internationally, and is now Vice President of Real Estate.

MATT KITCHEN
Financial Controller

Matt has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. Matt knows our properties inside and out, understands the cost of owning, leasing, and operating each facility, and executes his skill set with impressive accuracy.

LINDSAY GRUNDY
Accounting

Lindsay graduated from Washburn University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Management and later graduated from Missouri State University with a Master of Business Administration degree. She’s detail oriented, and keeps a close eye on the dollars and cents flowing through our properties.
